We want to ensure you have the right gear for your next adventure, which is why we provide a streamlined process for all domestic returns and exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your Suunto device in its original packaging, including all manuals, charging cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received, our team will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
